About

Fusing a creative mind with an analytical outlook on business, industrial, technology and service markets, Robin Bear helps accelerate corporate growth and development for entrepreneurial and innovative clients.

She has consulted and advised dozens of enterprises at all stages: from tech startups to established manufacturers, lone innovators to large corporations. Her diverse body of work has launched financial services startups, digitally transformed service-based organizations, revealed critical market intelligence to multinational pharmaceutical companies, and positioned privately-held businesses to capture value through M&A.

She specializes in market-based strategy, planning, and growth. In many situations, she also delivers the interim leadership for real-world implementation.

Recently, her hands-on orientation helped launch and accelerate a number of startups, most notably Citta Corporation and Circle Squared Alternative Investments.

While serving as Vice President at The DAK Group, an investment bank specializing in middle market M&A, she identified key drivers of corporate value and positioned companies for strategic acquisition.

Early in her career, Ms. Bear helped lead Messinger Associates, a B2B marketing communications agency. She created integrated marketing strategies, including lead-generating PR campaigns — an original form of content marketing — for mid-sized companies.

Ms. Bear earned her MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, with a double concentration in marketing and entrepreneurial management. She is a proud graduate of the Johns Hopkins University with a BA in creative writing.
